ABOUT ME
I am a soil science PhD student at Pennsylvania State University under the advisement of Jason Kaye (Kaye Lab Website). I love all fields of soil science, but I am particularly fascinated by the intersection of pedology, biogeochemistry, and soil physics. The feedbacks between soil moisture and chemical transformation that result in C and nutrient release are my focus.
My Master's work with Aaron Thompson at the University of Georgia involved relating soil moisture to iron redox and soil organic matter dynamics. Follow the links below to learn about my past and current projects.
